Whether you're here to learn your first climb, throw sparkles at gravity, or simply find a new way to move your body—this is your invitation to join our empowering, magical, and wildly supportive community.

Ann M Huddock
Ann Huddock ✨ Valentia
& Captain Mike
Studio Owners / Pole & Aerial Instructor (Ann) / Personal Trainer (Ann)

Welcome to Spinning Sirens Pole & Aerial Fitness, where strength meets sparkle and movement becomes magic. Founded by Ann and Mike Huddock in Apple Valley, MN, our studio was built on a mission to inspire confidence, community, and bold self-expression through movement. We offer a welcoming space for all bodies and backgrounds to explore pole and aerial arts in a way that’s empowering, playful, and transformative.

Ann is the owner and lead instructor at Spinning Sirens, where she combines decades of fitness experience with her passion for circus arts and feminine energy. She holds certifications from NASM in Personal Training, Nutrition, Virtual Coaching, Aerialates®️, and Cirque-It Fitness®️. After discovering pole dance in January of 2023, she fell in love with its powerful fusion of strength, creativity, sensuality, and empowerment. Her mission? To help others embrace joy in movement, feel strong, sexy, and seen, and rediscover their personal magic—on and off the pole.

Mike (aka Captain Mike) is the backbone of studio operations and our in-house hype man. A longtime musician and creative soul, Mike brings logistical support, comic relief, and a whole lot of heart to Spinning Sirens. Together, Ann and Mike created this studio as a haven for connection and growth. With a fully equipped space featuring six 11-ft Gaia stainless steel poles, five aerial rig points, lyra, trapeze, silks, a flying pole, and more—we offer pole & aerial classes, fun and unique workshops, open studio hours, and fitness classes 7 days a week. Whether you’re here to fly, flip, or just feel more like yourself again, your siren journey starts here.

Jenni
Jenni
Pole Instructor / Studio Manager

Jenni (she/her) is bringing over two decades of experience from different fitness communities & performing arts spaces to Spinning Sirens Studio! Her movement background is built on a foundation of musical theatre and competitive cheerleading, as well as group fitness, Yoga, Latin Dance, and Pole Dance. She has traveled the world in pursuit of movement and cross-cultural connections: She began her pole journey in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2016. She also coached cheerleading for UCA and at Universidad UTE in Quito, Ecuador, and has attended dance workshops, classes, and retreats from Bali to Morocco to Mexico.

Jenni is passionate about creating community and co-founded the Twin Cities Pole Collective, The Pole Art Co Performance Team, Twisted Rose Productions, and is a regular performer with the TC Cabaret Troupe. As an instructor, she especially emphasizes customization and accessibility; what works for one body doesn’t work for all bodies, and she’s passionate about helping dancers find the ways their body can best move and groove to bring comfort, healing, empowerment, and joy to their dance and movement practice.
