She fully embraces the mindset of power through femininity and has especially resonated with helping other women find meaning and joy in their fitness journeys. She opened Spinning Sirens with the goal of creating more opportunities for others to build confidence and resilience, challenge their limits, and celebrate their individuality and progress as they grow together in community. She believes all people deserve to find joy in movement, feel strong, feel seen, and feel supported.
Jenni is bringing over two decades of experiences from different fitness communities & performing arts spaces to Spinning Sirens Studio! Her movement background is built on a foundation of musical theatre and competitive cheerleading, as well as group fitness, Yoga, Latin Dance, and Pole Dance. She has traveled the world in pursuit of movement and cross-cultural connections: She began her pole journey in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2016. She also coached cheerleading for UCA and at Universidad UTE in Quito, Ecuador, and has attended dance workshops, classes, and retreats from Bali to Morocco to Mexico.
Jenni is passionate about creating community and co-founded the Twin Cities Pole Collective, The Pole Art Co Performance Team, Twisted Rose Productions, and is a regular performer with the TC Cabaret Troupe. As an instructor, she especially emphasizes customization and accessibility; what works for one body doesn’t work for all bodies, and she’s passionate about helping dancers find the ways their body can best move and groove to bring comfort, healing, empowerment, and joy to their dance and movement practice.
Nicki is a Minneapolis based pole instructor & performer. She has been doing pole for over six years and specializes in helping beginners find their own love of pole and dance.
Juju began her journey with movement when she discovered the healing powers of yoga. She uses it as a tool to regulate and connect with herself. She earned her 200-hour yoga certification from Drishti yoga school in Rishikesh, India. After getting certified, she began teaching yoga hoping to help others along their way and support them along their unique path. In 2022, she used the strength she gained from her practice and began to implement it in a fun and exciting way: aerial arts! She has been training pole and Lyra ever since and can’t wait to help others learn, too. Juju believes life has many twists and turns so having the stability of a practice you love can help to ground your emotional energy and channel it into something positive..
