Aerial: Three Ways To Get Started

Lyra Aerial Hoop

Intro to Lyra

Take your first flight with this beginner-level aerial arts class! We will introduce students to the foundational techniques of the aerial hoop, also known as a Lyra. You’ll learn fundamental grips, hangs, mounts, and simple combinations in a safe and supportive environment. Designed for those with no prior aerial experience, this class helps you build the strength and confidence needed to navigate the apparatus and prepare for more advanced moves in the future.

Intro to Silk Sling

Step into the world of aerial fitness with this beginner-friendly drop-in class designed to teach the fundamentals of movement and suspension using an aerial sling (also called a hammock). You'll explore basic climbing, wrapping techniques, inversions, and weight distribution, all while building strength, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive and fun environment.

Aerial Discovery Series

This 3-week workshop series is the perfect way to explore the world of aerial arts! You’ll be introduced to three stunning apparatuses: The Lyra (aerial hoop), flying pole, and the aerial silk sling. Learn beginner-level techniques, fundamental movements, and basic shapes on each, while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and a desire to soar!
